Woodshed Mark Gibbs thankful to the community

It’s not often Mark Gibbs, owner of the Woodshed and Pit Stop Pizza gets to sit down for a few minutes for a visit. But, on this day he wanted to let all of his patrons know he appreciates their business. Like several other local restaurants, recently he was asked to feed firefighters and gladly fed 22 guys for a week, even coming in on his day off. “I want to thank them for all of their hard work,” Gibbs said. He is slowing down a bit this winter by serving breakfast only on Wednesday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. In lieu of lunch items, he’s adding new choices such as brunch selections and breakfast sandwiches along with different daily specials.
