The 6th grade at Capps Middle School begins the school year planning for some learning adventures in the months to come. Fundraising is a challenge but a necessity to cover the costs for field trips for everyone.
As an incentive Mr. Maner was volunteered as a taxi driver for the student who won the fundraising drawing. A brand new student to Capps, Jack McSorely, was the lucky winner and was ‘delivered’ from class to class one day in September. The kids appreciate Mr. Maner for being a good sport and are glad their classmates worked hard to gain those fundraising dollars for special events in the future.
