-Arizona Burn Center Awards Man-
On Thursday, Arizona Burn Center awarded Thomas Hunnicutt for his courage for pulling out a man from his burning private jet that crashed in Phoenix area in June. The 59-year-old pilot Mark Brandemuehl survived the crash with more than 80% burns, but unfortunately he passed away on October 20. The Burn Center awarded Hunnicutt with a clock that is set to the time he saved Brandemuehl. Mark’s wife also thanked him saying ‘’Although we lost him in the end, I had the gift of having no words left unsaid between Mark and I’’.

-UPDATE: ASU Student Found Dead-
The mother of the Arizona State University student Ivan Aguirre says that she has not been able to get answers from the officials regarding her son’s death. Aguirre was found dead in his dorm earlier this week, but the reason behind his death is still unknown. Velvet Aguirre has also said that her son maintained a 3.5 GPA and was working to earn a 3.9 GPA this semester. Mrs. Aguirre suggests that given his desire to achieve an even better academic standing, he was not on drugs. The university has not responded to mother’s demand. A vigil will be held on Friday at 7:30 PM in the memory of Ivan Aguirre at the campus.

On thursday morning, three men entered Walmart in Show Low and loaded shopping carts with various items and tried to leave without paying. It has been reported that one of the suspects threatened employees with a knife and was able to leave the store with merchandise. Show Low Police later found the vehicle that they fled with and arrested all suspects. Their identities have not been disclosed.
