-Unbelievable Survival-

Phoenix Police Deparment released a video from an accident that happened on October 14. A drunk driver crossed the red light and almost killed a family. The car is seen driving towards to the couple and the child. Thanks to the car making a left turn right at that moment, the family survided a possible accident that could be lethal. Ernesto Otanez Oveso, 23, has been arrested and is facing charges for DUI, aggravated assault and prohibited possesion of a gun.

-Sexual Assault at Hospital-

A patient at an Arizona State Hospital has been arrested after sexually assaulting a nurse. Police say 34-year-old Joshua Joesph Surdyka exposed himself to the nurse and forced her to engage in sexual contact. Surdyka will face charges of sexual assault, and indecent exposure.

FIRST, THE LADY MUSTANGS VOLLEYBALL TRAVEL TO JOSEPH CITY TO TAKE ON THE #17 JOSEPH CITY WILDCATS (6-9 conference 6-10 overall) 5:00 P.M. FOR THE FINAL GAME OF THE SEASON PRIOR TO THE PLAY-OFFS THE LADY MUSTANGS WILL AGAIN TRAVEL, THIS TIME TO THE #20 GRAND CANYON PHANTOMS (7-7 conference; 8-7 overall) 2:00 P.M. THE GAME VS GRAND CANYON FALL ON THE SAME NIGHT AS TRUNK-O-TREAT.
